Senior Developer - JavaScript 

• Contract duration: 12 + 12 + 12 + 12 months 

• Location of work: Canberra / Sydney / Brisbane | Hybrid

Our federal government client, the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF), is seeking senior JavaScript developers to be part of a superior agile programming capability implementing JavaScript applications with an emphasis on design, optimisation and user experience.

Selection Criteria

1. Excellent communication skills, ability to understand business requirements and present solutions to business stakeholders in a non-technical language.

2. Strong experience with client-side JavaScript frameworks like React.js.

3. Strong experience with backend JavaScript technologies including Node and Express.js.

4. Experience with other JS tools and libraries highly regarded, eg. Webpack, Babel, and Jasmine and strong experience with HTML, CSS and SASS.
