Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Digital Graphic Designer (on-site) to spearhead our digital presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a flair for storytelling, and a deep appreciation for luxury products, particularly fine jewellery. This role requires expertise in crafting compelling social media content, including reels, stories, invitations, and email marketing creatives, as well as proficiency in graphic design. Experience in photography and video editing is a definite plus. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging content strategies across social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Create visually stunning and compelling social media posts, reels, stories, email marketing creatives, lookbooks, and invitations that resonate with our target audience.
• Design eye-catching graphics and visuals that align with our brand identity and messaging.
• Utilize Shopify platforms to manage online stores, upload product listings, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative digital campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital content creation, social media marketing, and visual storytelling.
• Assist in the creation of photography and video content, including product shoots and editing, as needed.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital content using analytics tools to optimize strategies and maximise results.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions to help drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of industry experience as a digital graphic designer.
• Proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, graphic design, and Klaviyo.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with photography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms for managing online stores and product listings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and contribute to the success of the team and the business.
