Overview

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Product Experience & Design Manager to join a cross-functional team focused on delivering high-impact user experiences for global SME solutions. This is a key role for someone passionate about UX/UI design systems, Figma, and scalable interface components.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and evolve a cross-functional design system
• Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers
• Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps
• Design reusable UI components that improve conversion and user engagement
• Rapidly prototype new features and iterate based on feedback
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and technical feasibility in design execution

Essential Skills

• 6+ years of UX/UI experience in consumer-facing or B2B product environments
• Expert in Figma and design systems
• Strong UX principles, interaction design, and visual storytelling
• Ability to build and iterate reusable components aligned with product strategy
• Experience with human-centered design and atomic design principles
• Skilled in adapting designs to technical requirements and constraints
