We are recruiting a Senior HR Associate with experience in the financial services industry who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term career growth and is passionate about progressing within the HR field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR-related queries from employees across the region, offering timely and professional guidance on HR policies and processes.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including coordinating welcome processes and exit feedback.
  • Assist with leave of absence cases and ensure compliance with family-friendly policies and internal procedures.
  • Play an active role in performance and development cycles by coordinating review timelines, gathering insights, and supporting employee relations matters.
  • Partner with internal recruitment teams to align on hiring needs and ensure smooth coordination of mobility and relocation processes.
  • Contribute to the delivery of training and development initiatives by helping identify learning needs and organising relevant sessions and resources.
  • Support broader people strategy projects such as compensation reviews, promotion cycles, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.
  • Review and enhance existing HR processes by identifying areas for improvement, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR documentation and policies in line with regional regulations and company standards.


Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a generalist or HR Associate role, with practical knowledge of the full employee lifecycle
  • Background in the financial services sector (essential)
  • Hands-on experience using HRIS platform Workday (essential)
  • Immediate availability to start
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
  • A collaborative and dependable team player, eager to contribute to a dynamic and evolving HR function
