UX/UI Designer

We’re 360mind - creators of digital self-development products. Right now, we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on performance marketing. We’re scaling fast and running multiple international paid campaigns every month, and your work will be at the heart of how we attract, engage, and convert users.

Your Responsibilities

• Design high-performing sales funnels, landing pages, and marketing visuals
• Build and optimize user journeys across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, email, and others)
• Ensure consistency and clarity in how our brand is visually expressed across all touchpoints
• Use CRO insights and user research to inform and continuously improve your designs
• Join product roadmap discussions and contribute UX perspectives when needed
• Design intuitive, consistent UI for product enhancements

Your work won’t sit in a Figma file. It will go live, get tested, and make a difference.

Expected focus: ~70% marketing design, ~30% product design

Core Requirements

• Solid experience in digital design, ideally across both product and performance marketing
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• With a performance-driven mindset, you will design for clarity, conversion, and user behavior
• High attention to detail and comfort working with iterative, repeatable structures (funnels, variants)
• Experience with A/B testing, CRO methodology, or campaign analytics
• Understanding of buyer psychology and what drives clicks, signups, and actions
