Position Overview

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic growth team in Vilnius.

As part of our small, dynamic, and efficient team, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our scaling efforts and make a direct impact on our global digital advertising strategy.

In this role, you will work with the UX/UI design process for digital platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, conversion-driven experiences. You’ll optimize sales funnels, analyze user behavior, and continuously improve designs based on data. Your expertise in responsive design and industry trends will drive innovation, helping to deliver business-aligned, user-centered solutions across multiple projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the UX/UI design process for mobile apps, web applications, and digital platforms, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
• Design optimized sales funnels that guide users through the buyer’s journey with ease and maximize conversion rates.
• Work closely with growth and product teams to create digital experiences that align with user needs and business goals.
• Analyze performance data and user behavior to continuously improve and optimize designs based on insights.
• Keep current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that designs are both innovative and functional.

Core Requirements:

• Professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on apps, digital projects, and sales funnels.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems tools such as Figma.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with growth and product teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

• Salary of 2300 - 4600 EUR gross for a full-time position;
