Sales Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, preferably in the transport, warehousing, or logistics industry, and will be responsible for selling the company`s e-fulfillment services, achieving the company's budgeted sales goals through effective sales planning and execution. The candidate must have good communication and expression skills with clients and colleagues, be proficient in Lithuanian and English languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the company's budgeted sales goals according to the personal sales plan.
  • Actively sell warehousing logistics and e-commerce services, and seek out new clients, maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the services and products offered by the company and provide feedback from customers to production, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Identify and pursue new customers/sales opportunities, making additional and new sales, and developing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Prepare price offers based on the company's pricing principles and forward sales offers to customers while requesting feedback in accordance with the sales process.
  • Conduct monthly analysis of sales results for clients in their portfolio, identify necessary changes, and provide feedback.
  • Keep up-to-date with competitors' activities in the market and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and work effectively in a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the transport, warehousing, or logistics industry.
  • Good communication and expression skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Lithuanian and English languages (English at least intermediate level).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Salary:

  • 2450 - 3500€ gross per month. Additional bonuses for achieving the sales plan (incentive system) and other benefits.
  • Salary will be aligned depending on the experience and capabilities of the candidate.
