Enterprise Architect

Required Technical Skill Set:

Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), IT governance, Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), legacy modernization, digital transformation, API management

Desired Experience Range: 10-15 years

Must-Have:

 Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar

 Strong experience in IT governance and alignment of IT strategy with business goals

 Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives

 In-depth understanding of cloud platforms and their enterprise- level integration

 Hands-on experience with legacy system modernization and integration with modern architectures

Good-to-Have:

 Familiarity with API lifecycle management and service-oriented architecture

 Knowledge of advanced analytics and data platforms as part of enterprise solutions

 Experience with business process re-engineering to align with IT capabilities

Nice-to-Have:

 Understanding of emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT

 Experience with portfolio optimization tools

 Proficiency with enterprise architecture modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Visio)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

1 Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap to support organizational objectives

and digital transformation.

2 Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise-level

solutions.

3 Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT units to align technology strategies with

business objectives.

4 Develop governance frameworks and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across

the IT landscape.

5 Drive initiatives for legacy system modernization, enabling seamless integration with modern

architectures and technologies.

6 Advocate for innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their

adoption to drive business value.
