IT Project Manager / Business Analyst

Role: IT Project Manager

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in B2B solutions and/or loyalty programmes.
• Project management training and/or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
• Strong functional analysis skills and ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of system architectures, API integrations, and digital loyalty technologies (CRM, ERP, etc.).
• Proven experience with project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
• At least 3 years experience implementing digital solutions in the Retail and Energy sectors.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
• Willingness to undertake international travel (15 to 30 days) is required.
