THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met on time, within scope, and within budget.

OPPORTUNITIES

• You will
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Transferring customer requirements into new and existing IT processes and solution concepts and providing technical support with specialist departments and partners
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Track project performance and progress using appropriate tools and KPIs.
• Facilitate meetings, ensure clear communication among stakeholders, and prepare regular status reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
• Support change management and user adoption efforts for new systems or processes.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders, including regular status reports and executive updates.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Drive process improvement and project management best practices across the organization.
• Contribute to the development of PMO standards and practices.
  
  
  

Skills

• You should have
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, or systems integration. 3–7 years of project management experience in an IT environment.
• PM certification as PMI PMP (or other PM method) an advantage
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira,.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
