Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned IT & Information Security Project Manager to lead CMMC, DFARS, and NIST 800-171 compliance efforts across global IT and IS environments. Reporting to the CMMC Program Lead, this role will oversee policy updates, technical solution deployment (e.g., enclaves), and project delivery to ensure full regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance implementation within IT and IS domains
• Lead policy/SOP updates, technical rollouts, and GRC initiatives
• Plan and drive global project execution, timelines, and risk mitigation
• Align with ERP and business transformation teams to avoid duplication
• Coordinate across IT, cybersecurity, legal, procurement, and trade compliance
• Ensure adoption through change management and stakeholder engagement

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in IT/cybersecurity project management, ideally in compliance
• Strong knowledge of CMMC, DFARS, NIST 800-171, and enclave implementation
• Broad IT/IS understanding (infrastructure, security, cloud, applications)
• Experience in audits, GRC, and regulated environments
• Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred

• Background in aerospace, engineering, or other regulated industries
• Experience managing regulatory-driven IT transformation projects
