Product Manager

For one of our top clients from the banking industry, we are currently looking for an IT Product Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Define and execute a strategic vision for CF&O Shared Services (CFOSS) products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams, stakeholders, and end users to ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business needs.
• Drive automation and modernization of software stacks to enhance workflow efficiency, data governance, and compliance.
• Lead user testing and rollout strategies, ensuring smooth adoption across multiple divisions.
• Optimize data quality, warehousing, and analytics, implementing scalable, unified data models.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements based on user feedback to enhance engagement and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Product Management Expertise:

• Proven experience in product management, leading products from conception to launch, growth, and maturity.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, backlog management, and roadmap execution.

Technical & Industry Knowledge:

• Understanding of cloud solutions, core engineering, and automation principles.
• Experience with data quality, governance, and analytics in highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of financial risk and compliance frameworks.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across multiple business divisions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, meeting tight deadlines.
