We're preparing to onboard a DevOps Engineer to support GCP cost optimization, CI/CD improvements, and potentially guide cloud migration efforts. This role will join an established engineering team working on scalable blockchain-based infrastructure for global insurance clients.

We're preparing to onboard a DevOps Engineer to support GCP cost optimization, CI/CD improvements, and potentially guide cloud migration efforts. This role will join an established engineering team working on scalable blockchain-based infrastructure for global insurance clients.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Audit and optimize infrastructure on GCP
- Support planning and migration to AWS if required
- Improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins)
- Maintain containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Monitor and secure cloud services
- 5+ years in DevOps/Site Reliability roles
- Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- AWS experience (for migration planning)
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver
- Background in fintech, insurtech, or high-availability systems
