Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with a strong emphasis on Webflow expertise to join our fast-growing cybersecurity start-up. This fully remote, full-time position is focused on building and maintaining high-performance websites in Webflow, with secondary support for WordPress CMS management. The ideal candidate should have an eye for design, a solid understanding of SEO best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary: Webflow Production & Website Management

• Build, update, and maintain web pages in Webflow, ensuring they meet SEO best practices and deliver top-notch performance, usability, and responsiveness.
• Optimize Webflow pages for mobile and desktop views, incorporating schema markup and technical SEO enhancements.
• Collaborate with the web development team and UX/UI designers to uphold website quality, enhance navigation, and improve user experience.
• Implement technical SEO measures, such as page speed optimization, image compression, and structured data integration.

Secondary: CMS & Email Development

• Manage and configure websites and landing pages in both Webflow (primary) and WordPress (secondary).
• Customize themes and plugins in WordPress as needed, adapting designs to meet project goals.
• Design and code responsive email templates that render correctly across Outlook versions, using conditional CSS for compatibility.
• Style and integrate Pardot forms using HTML and CSS to align with the website's design and branding.

Collaboration & Project Management:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMMs, sales, and development teams to execute creative, effective web strategies.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines and maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Webflow Expertise: Strong, proven experience with Webflow for building and optimizing high-performance web pages.
• HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript: Proficiency in these languages for maintaining responsive and interactive websites.
• CMS Knowledge: Advanced knowledge in Webflow with secondary experience in WordPress, including customizations and CMS configurations.
• Email Template Development: Skills in creating email templates that display consistently across various Outlook versions.
• English Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English for interacting with international teams and clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Site & Landing Page Development: Develop, customize, and optimize websites and landing pages, ensuring responsiveness across devices.
• Website Maintenance: Conduct updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high site performance.
• Performance Testing & Reporting: Run performance tests, monitor site functionality, and prepare client reports.
• Technical SEO & Standards Compliance: Ensure websites meet SEO best practices and adhere to web standards.
• Client Communication & Support: Provide updates, address client inquiries, and adjust project details based on client needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of React.js and Next.js frameworks.
• Experience with GitHub and version control.
• Familiarity with Technical SEO for enhanced site visibility.
