Title: .Net Full Stack Developer

Location: Mississauga, ON

Permanent Position

Job Description:

• Design and build scalable, reusable, and high-performance systems
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development (50/50 split)
• Provide architectural guidance and mentor junior developers
• Lead the design and development of complex systems, ensuring high availability and performance
• Maintain high quality standards across code, documentation, and delivery
• Participate in ideation and design sessions, while staying current with the latest technologies
• Collaborate with senior leadership and the CEO on key initiatives
• Drive innovation across all levels of the stack

Must-Haves:

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET
• Broad experience across architecture, infrastructure, and systems
• Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; Angular, React, or Node.js)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and multi-layer architecture
• Strong logic and problem-solving ability, with experience in designing enterprise-grade systems
• Excellent understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software development principles
• 60/40 split: Prefer candidates with more experience in backend development and architecture
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum/XP, Continuous Delivery, and testing practices
• Background in Computer Science or Mathematics preferred
