Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize core modules of a large-scale CRM system
- Analyze complex business requirements and design effective, scalable technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested PHP code (preferably with Laravel or Symfony)
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and QA engineers to ensure timely delivery
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and participate in technical decision-making
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality standards
- Native or fluent Mandarin speaker (required for internal communication)
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development
- Solid understanding of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony, with real-world project experience
- Familiarity with MySQL, Redis, and data modeling
- Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows
- Solid grasp of HTTP/HTTPS and RESTful API design principles
- Strong coding habits, with knowledge of common refactoring techniques
- Good command of written and reading English (for documentation and technical materials)
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
