Business Analyst – Legal – Cardiff – PERM – up to £55,000pa - Hybrid working

My Law firm client are looking for a Business Analyst to join them, bridging the gap between their legal teams, business support teams and IT professionals.

Working throughout the firm they will be responsible for collaborating with service, systems, and process owners to understand their needs and requirements.

They will be responsible for identifying and developing initiatives to improve business performance

My client are looking for candidates who have worked previously in a law firm or similar professional environments.

This role is a perm position, offering up to £55,000pa. They have a hybrid working policy of at least 3 days per week in the office and the remainder worked remote.
