Marketing Developer

Joygame, founded in 2009 and titled turkey's first gaming company, supports talented gaming studios both in terms of financing and knowledge. It develops and publishes many games that have achieved great success in international markets. Reaching millions of players with different products in pc, mobile and NFT game categories, Joygame aims to provide entertainment experiences to players across all continents with local content.

We are looking for “Marketing Developer” for our strongly growing organization and needed qualifications are below.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design video-ready assets, environments, and compositions for mobile game marketing campaigns
• Create testable versions of marketing videos (ready to be used in UA testing)
• Prepare creative assets and in-game footage for internal video editors to finalize
• Collaborate closely with the product, UA, and video teams to align creative concepts with campaign goals
• Support A/B testing by generating alternate video variations and hooks
  

Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with mobile game visuals, creative composition, and scene-building
• Ability to use tools such as Unity (for capturing gameplay), Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar
• Understanding of the mobile game marketing funnel and user acquisition creatives
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and performance-focused creativity
• Bonus: familiarity with ad networks’ creative guidelines (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• A team player mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and art departments
  

Nice to Have:

• Motion design or basic animation skills
• Experience in mobile game development pipelines
• Familiarity with marketing KPIs and creative testing platforms
