A leading telecommunications company is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support a high-profile separation program. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, agile environment, contributing to a major transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coordination and delivery support across two key projects, with a primary focus on the Customer Separation and Migration stream.
• Support the Program Manager in managing and tracking six project plans across the broader program.
• Maintain and update project documentation, tools, and reports to ensure alignment with governance and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, support, and delivery teams to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution.
• Take ownership of smaller-scale initiatives where appropriate, ensuring effective delivery with minimal oversight.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator supporting complex programs, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with challenging stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
