We are looking for a Sr. Business analyst to join our team.

The 'Business Analyst' at SHEIN works within the PMO (Project Management Office), which reports directly to the CEO and plays a vital role in strategic, cross-functional projects. This position offers a unique growth environment at the intersection of strategic planning, data analysis, and e-commerce, working alongside experienced professionals from top firms. The BA will tackle complex data challenges, provide actionable insights, and enhance data-driven decision-making processes within the product development department.

What do we expect from 'Business Analyst'?

• Address complex data-related challenges by conducting in-depth analyses to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant, well-structured insights to support decision-making.
• Break down process monitoring indicators and generate comprehensive reports summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Analyze the data and use data visualization tools to identify trends, trajectories, and anomalies that contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Innovate and provide solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making processes within the product development department.
• After insights and discoveries from data, coordinate cross-departments to move business optimization forward
• Ad-hoc support for emergencies and progress monitoring for key projects.

What does a 'Business Analyst' have?

• Bachelors degree in related departments
• At least 3 years of experience in related functions
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Project management and presentation skills
• Good at team collaboration
• Fluent in written and oral English.
