We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Generalist (Urgent Start) on behalf of a entertainment organisation
HR Generalist (Urgent Start)
Hybrid role - Dublin South, travel throughout Ireland required, with some minimal UK travel also
Standalone in Ireland role - open to candidates with 1/2 years HR experience in Ireland
35,000 to 40,000 euros per annum
Opportunity for growth and development
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee life cycle of retail and corporate employees
- Manage Employment Relations cases and act within an advisory capacity to management
- Update policies and procedures, in accordance with Irish legislation
- Conduct on site on boarding, training and development
- Manage HR administration
- Mange payroll administration
- Liaise with UK team and management
- Support on projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- 2 years within a similar role, preferably in a standalone capacity while reporting into the UK
- Valid and clean driving licence is required, as well as own mode of transportation
- Keen understanding of Employee relations, HR administration, Irish legislation and stakeholder management
- Strong communication and organisation skills needed
