Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to support various functions within our Human Resources department. The HR Associate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
• Support payroll processing by collecting and validating attendance and leave data.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and offboarding procedures.
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and internal communications.
• Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and exit letters.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and statutory compliance (e.g., PF, ESIC, labor law updates).
• Assist with performance review cycles and tracking of KPIs.
• Handle employee queries and escalate where needed.
