Our client:

A leading consultancy based in Melbourne, currently delivering a major public sector CRM transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customise and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
• Develop Plugins, Workflows, Custom Entities, and Business Rules
• Integrate CRM with third-party systems using APIs and Azure Services
• Build Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards
• Troubleshoot system issues and optimise performance
• Collaborate with functional consultants, testers, and public sector stakeholders

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of Dynamics 365 CRM development experience
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and integration patterns
• Experience in enterprise CRM implementations
• Prior experience in public sector projects (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
