About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead .NET Engineer with 15+ years delivering modern, cloud-first solutions in enterprise and consulting environments. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will guide and mentor teams while staying close to architecture, code, and delivery.

You’ll play a critical role in modernising legacy systems, embedding strong engineering practices, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor small to mid-sized engineering teams, fostering technical growth and a strong engineering culture.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, balancing scope, timelines, risk, and quality.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to shape solutions in complex or ambiguous problem spaces.
• Design and govern cloud-native microservices on Azure, AWS, or GCP with a focus on performance, resilience, and maintainability.
• Implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and cloud deployments.
• Modernise legacy platforms, enabling scalable integrations and robust architectural practices.
• Communicate technical trade-offs and delivery status to senior stakeholders.
• Drive engineering excellence through clean code, automated testing, TDD, and Agile practices.
• Explore and apply AI and data-driven solutions to enterprise systems.
