Freelance Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact commercial technology initiatives, including a large-scale CRM transformation and related cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in managing complex programs within regulated environments such as life sciences and excels at coordinating diverse stakeholders across business and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project and program plans, tracking timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resources.
• Monitor execution progress and proactively manage risks, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate efforts across interconnected projects, including CRM, master data, and commercial operations processes.
• Facilitate regular cross-functional syncs to drive collaboration and maintain shared goals and timelines.
• Consolidate updates from various project leads and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Support the development of business cases, including gathering input on costs, value drivers, and benefit assumptions.
• Assist in preparing executive-level presentation materials for senior stakeholder review.
• Provide core PMO services, including meeting organization, minute-taking, and action tracking.
• Maintain and update program documentation
• Ensure consistent communication and transparency across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within complex, regulated industries such Life sciences/Pharma/Medical devices
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with master data and commercial operations.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple interdependent projects.
• Experience working in matrixed environments across functions such as business, IT, data, and finance.
• Previous involvement in business case development is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum) preferred.
