Project Manager

My client is currently seeking an experienced Project Lead to support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and manage the Project engineers to ensure engineering milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and in line with quality expectations.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings to align on contract terms, technical requirements, and design objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments including CAD design, process engineering, and automation to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Take responsibility for the mechanical engineering aspects of the project, ensuring detailed designs meet specifications and standards.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for suppliers, subcontractors, and the client.
• Monitor production and assembly phases, supporting smooth execution and on-schedule delivery.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to provide technical updates and address any concerns.
• Assist in managing contract changes from a technical perspective and support the overall client satisfaction process.
• Ensure a seamless transition from installation through commissioning and into aftercare, offering ongoing technical support as needed.

Your Profile:

• Educational background in Electromechanical, Mechanical Or Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Prior experience in project engineering, is ideal.
• Solid technical expertise in mechanical engineering and process installations; familiarity with instrumentation and process engineering is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English
