What To Expect
We are building a brand new, diverse international team committed to providing the highest level of service for employees throughout their Tesla journey!

With excellent organisational skills, time-planning and attention to detail you directly contribute to a fantastic employee experience, by supporting employees with documentation, data management support and front-line expertise. As problem-solvers for lifecycle, systems and process issues, you will work closely with our Timekeeping Specialists, Employee Advisors and HR Business Partners.

What You'll Do

First line response for employee queries and document requests

Manage documentation and data from onboarding to off-boarding

Troubleshoot employee issues, providing solutions or referrals to stakeholders

Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with employment law

Collaborate with HRBPs and support employee relations tasks

Administer employee documentation, including contracts, leave, and visa checks

Identify process improvements and support system implementations
