Artificial Intelligence Specialist

This role places you at the heart of digital transformation and innovation for the client, working on forward-thinking, AI-powered tools and platforms that improve productivity, streamline development, and define the software architecture of tomorrow.

Your Mission

• Design and develop AI-powered platforms, tools, and APIs that enhance developer productivity and streamline workflows
• Identify and implement innovative AI techniques to solve complex business and technical challenges
• Build prototypes and scalable AI services with clear, thorough technical documentation
• Lead training sessions and produce user-friendly materials to onboard teams onto new AI solutions
• Continuously improve AI applications by gathering feedback and refining functionality
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure robust and maintainable AI integration

What We Expect From You

• A Master’s degree in IT or equivalent (EQF Level 7)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT architecture with a strong focus on AI/ML integration and software development tools
• Deep knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI Codex, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) training or fine-tuning
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms like AWS Bedrock, SageMaker or Azure OpenAI
• Expertise in Python, TypeScript, and integration of AI solutions within developer environments (IDEs, APIs)
• Ability to architect scalable, maintainable solutions that drive productivity gains
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to create clear documentation and deliver effective training
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, CAIP, TOGAF, or equivalent
