Job Title: Business Analyst – Accessibility Compliance (Banking Sector)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a strategic accessibility compliance initiative within a leading banking institution in Luxembourg. This 6-month engagement supports the implementation of the Accessibility Act. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, the Business Analyst will drive process analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder alignment across departments to ensure full legal and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Project Manager in delivering the Accessibility Act compliance program across all banking units.
• Conduct gap analyses of current banking processes, platforms, and services against accessibility requirements.
• Collect, define, and document business and functional requirements from diverse stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, IT, Operations, HR, and Customer Service.
• Translate regulatory and legal requirements into actionable, business-aligned processes.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions in French with key stakeholders to define priorities and gain alignment.
• Contribute to the design of compliant processes and solutions, ensuring consistency with banking controls and risk frameworks.
• Assist in test case development and support UAT to validate accessibility solutions.
• Provide reports, dashboards, and documentation to track project progress and ensure audit readiness.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven experience in compliance, regulatory, or legal-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of accessibility legislation (e.g., AODA, WCAG 2.1, European Accessibility Act).
• Familiarity with Luxembourg and EU banking regulations is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in French is mandatory; English proficiency is an asset.
• Strong documentation and analysis skills, including process modeling and requirements management.
• Proficiency with tools such as Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in change management or accessibility programs.
• Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
• Knowledge of IT systems used in banking (CRM, core banking, digital platforms).
