Senior Mobile Developer
Location: Naarden, The Netherlands (On-site)
About AirBeamTV
AirBeamTV is one of the world’s leading providers of screen mirroring software. We build and market apps that enable screen mirroring from iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets to all major Smart TV brands (Samsung, LG, Sony, Panasonic, Philips, Hisense, TCL) and media streamers (Roku, Fire TV, Chromecast).
Our headquarters are located in Naarden, The Netherlands, with additional team members working from Trivandrum, India. We're growing and currently looking for a Senior Mobile Developer who can work across both Android and iOS platforms with a strong sense for UI/UX and product polish.
Your Profile
- Academic or higher professional (technical) education
- 5+ years of experience in mobile application development (iOS and/or Android)
- Proficient in Swift, Objective-C, Java, and Kotlin
- Strong experience with Git
- Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- A team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude and a creative approach to solving complex challenges
Nice to have (not required, but a big plus):
- Experience with video streaming protocols: HLS, WebRTC, RTP, MPEG-DASH, Smooth Streaming, MPEG2 TS
- Familiarity with ReplayKit (iOS)
- Experience with FFMPEG, x264, or other open-source video tools
- Understanding of DLNA / UPnP
- Experience building Smart TV Applications (Samsung Tizen, LG WebOS, Roku Brightscript)
- Knowledge of Media Source Extensions (MSE)
