Customer Project Manager

Leads customer engagements with Telecom Operators to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations through planning, controlling and managing customer projects. Manages corporate, customer, and third-party vendor efforts to plan, sell, and implement solutions to customer problems. Responsible for business as well as team management.

Responsibilities:

• Establish Project P&L based on effort estimates from technical experts;
• Create invoicing plan with customer (and subcontractors);
• Deliver the project against the approved margin;
• Monthly tracking and forecasting of cost and revenues;
• Ensure timely invoicing;
• Negotiate Customer and 3rd Party contract in close cooperation with Legal;
• Know the contract(s) in place as guidance/playbook;
• Represent the voice of the customer within HCLTech;
• Act as escalation point for delivery (support) issues;
• Work closely with technical team to ensure we plan for the right scope;
• Ensure we don’t delivery beyond the contracted scope;
• Look for upselling possibilities;
• Work with involved teams / function to prepare quality offers;
• Follow the applicable approval process for new projects;
• Act as main interface to customer and drive discussion with customer and 3rd parties;
• Act as focal point for the project team;
• Ensure close collaboration across team members;
