Location: Romania (Remote – must reside in Romania)

Fixed Term / Permanent

Positions: 2 (1 for each role)

Annual Gross Salary: 250,000 – 300,000 RON

Experience Required: 8+ years relevant network experience

Shift rota is 9-5pm however weekend work is included and required

We are looking for highly skilled network professionals to join our team as a Senior Network Support Engineer and an Associate Network Architect. These roles are critical to the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-grade network infrastructure and solutions.

Candidates must be based in Romania and possess strong experience across Cisco technologies, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and related network architecture.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Requirements

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of:
• Cisco Routers, Switches, ASA Firewalls, SD-WAN, ACI, ISE
• Cisco Wireless Controllers, Access Points
• F5 Load Balancers, Cradle Points
• Working knowledge of Infoblox, SD-WAN, Riverbed (monitoring tools), and wireless systems (e.g., virtual c9800 CL)
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with routing, switching, and inter-VLAN configurations
• Experience in configuring and managing application delivery on F5 load balancers (VIP creation, pools, certs, etc.)
• Troubleshooting VPN issues (site-to-site and remote user), ACLs, NAT, and IPsec VPNs
• Firewall rule management and ASA upgrades
• Support for Cisco VPN users and remote endpoint connectivity
• Wireless access point configuration and wireless controller upgrades
• IP address management, including DHCP, subnetting, and VLAN design
• WAN troubleshooting including MPLS, VPNs, and SD-WAN performance optimization
• Root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent fixes for recurring network issues
• Vendor escalation (e.g., Cisco) for high-severity incidents
• Support for temporary workarounds and implementing approved changes
• Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools
• Documentation: ability to produce High-Level and Low-Level Design Documents
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain client relationships

• Minimum 8 years of experience in network engineering or architecture roles
• Deep technical expertise in Cisco and F5 environments
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Must be located in Romania and available to work remotely within the countr
