• Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to improve our recruitment strategies.

What you'll need

• Experienced in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the Turkey talent market.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Proficient in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
