We are looking for a Head of Program Management to lead enterprise-wide programs that sit at the core of business growth and transformation. This is a senior leadership position, accountable for aligning large-scale initiatives with strategy, driving standardised processes, and ensuring cross-functional execution across multiple workstreams. You will be the central point of coordination between operations, product, and executive leadership, helping the business scale with structure, visibility, and clarity.

Discover the role

You will define and lead the company’s program management office from the ground up. This includes:

• Building and enforcing PMO frameworks, templates, and governance processes
• Driving consistency across all program and project delivery teams
• Leading internal and external Quarterly Business Reviews with senior leadership
• Aligning cross-functional teams on program goals, timelines, and execution plans
• Tracking OKRs, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure accountability
• Managing operational readiness and go-live planning across new markets
• Providing clear, data-led updates to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Mentoring project managers and fostering a culture of disciplined delivery
• Reducing ambiguity through structured communication and reporting
• Ensuring efficient resource allocation across multiple high-impact workstreams

We are looking for someone with experience setting up PMO functions within technology businesses, ideally in SaaS or the payments space. You should be comfortable managing global programs, aligning senior stakeholders, and presenting to C-level audiences. Deep familiarity with Agile, PMI or ITIL practices is important, along with a clear understanding of identity and payment infrastructure.
