Your new company
This financial services organisation is a leader in their market and growing fast, and are looking for a focused and attentive HR Coordinator to join the P&C team for an initial period of 6 months. There is a view to extension/permanency.
Your new role
- Manage the HRIS, ensuring data integrity
- Managing administration of process including correspondence, exit interviews and surveys
- Manage contract preparation for all employees using templates
- Ad-hoc support to the TA team
- Ensure org charts are updated and available on the intranet
- Provide support for annual rem review process
- Act as first POC for HR queries via the HR inbox
You will need
- Minimum 1-2 years in a HR Coordination capacity, and a commitment to a career in HR Coordination
- Full working rights (so able to convert to permanent, no WHV please)
- Highly process driven, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload while managing conflicting requests
