What You'll Do:

• Develop Predictive Models: Create and refine statistical models to forecast market dynamics and artist performance, directly influencing our investment strategies.
• Build Machine Learning Solutions: Design and deploy machine learning models to predict music trends, contributing to our innovative approach in the music industry.
• Create Scalable Data Pipelines: Efficiently process and manage large datasets, ensuring seamless access to insights for the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in data science and/or machine learning. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who bring fresh perspectives and ideas.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, along with familiarity with machine learning tools and frameworks. We prioritize continuous learning and support your professional growth.
• Creative Problem Solver: A detail-oriented thinker who enjoys tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with financial modeling and investments.
• Familiarity with startup or small company dynamics.
• Knowledge or passion for the music industry or music royalty data.
• Skills in data visualization, creating clear and compelling narratives.
• Additional programming skills, such as JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure.
