About the Opportunity: We are creating a pool of M&E Experts – Fiscal Risk Tools for a new FWC Contract: EC-SG REFORM/2025/OP/0001: Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement monitoring tools for fiscal risk tracking and CSR implementation.
• Conduct institutional gap assessments and develop dashboards for risk aggregation.
• Recommend indicators based on fiscal risk level, time sensitivity, and relevance.
• Support line ministries in using and institutionalizing monitoring systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in data analytics, statistics, or public sector monitoring systems.
• At least 7 years of experience in M&E with focus on fiscal governance or macroeconomic policy.
• Practical knowledge of fiscal risk modeling tools and EU reporting standards.
• Experience in capacity building and training delivery is an asset.
