Graphic Designer (6 months contract)

Contract Period: 6 months.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and support our marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including social media graphics, email campaigns, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and website assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all channels.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear, creative strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Prepare final artwork for production and digital publishing.

Experience & Background Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media content creation.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge of UI/UX fundamental principles.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

The monthly salary range for the role is between15,435 and 26,460 lei gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
