About Our Client:

Our client is a global leading payments and security company who are revolutionising the payments industry and making sure governments have the highest level of security.

The role:

They are looking for a Lead SRE to drive resilience, scalability, and security across enterprise platforms. You’ll enable SRE squads, mentor engineers, and shape reliability programs while working closely with product, operations, and security teams.

Responsibilities:

• Champion customer-centric reliability via SLAs, OKRs, and continuous improvement.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and platform hardening efforts.
• Define and oversee deployment, change, and performance monitoring practices.
• Architect and govern cloud and full-stack environments.
• Collaborate on infrastructure automation, observability, and compliance.
• Support platform lifecycle from design through operations.
• Mentor engineers and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in enterprise platform management (SaaS/Cloud).
• 5+ Years of experience with Azure platform
• 5+ years driving SRE practices and reliability improvements.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, observability stacks (e.g. ELK), and automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with cloud-native services, infrastructure as code, and ITIL practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Background in Financial Services, Payments or high transactional e-commerce
