User Growth Specialist - Web3 & Blockchain

We are a rapidly growing Layer 1 blockchain platform designed to support scalable, secure, and decentralized applications. With a focus on real-world adoption, ecosystem development, and sustainable tokenomics, we are now seeking a User Growth specialist to lead and implement strategies that drive active users, developer engagement, and community expansion globally.

Role Summary:

As the User Growth Specialist, you will oversee growth initiatives aimed at acquiring, activating, and retaining users across the Layer 1 ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, developer relations, and partnerships to drive user and dApp onboarding, ecosystem participation, and token utility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute user acquisition campaigns across key markets (Web3 natives, developers, end-users).
• Drive ecosystem growth by onboarding wallets, dApps, and Web3 services that drive real user volume.
• Build and manage growth funnels: awareness, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Lead community-driven growth initiatives, including ambassador programs, referral campaigns, and token incentives.
• Analyze on-chain and off-chain data to identify user behavior trends, optimize campaigns, and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to localize user growth strategies per region.
• Explore and secure strategic partnerships that contribute to user growth (exchanges, projects, tools).
• Organize and co-sponsor Web3 events, hackathons, and community activities to drive user onboarding.
• Collaborate with DevRel and ecosystem teams to support developer acquisition efforts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in growth, business development, or user acquisition, preferably in the blockchain/crypto industry.
• Deep understanding of Layer 1 ecosystems, dApps, DeFi, wallets, and the Web3 user journey.
• Proven track record of user growth strategy execution in a startup or fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools (e.g., Dune, Nansen, Flipside) and CRM platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of growth metrics (CAC, retention, LTV, engagement).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, etc.) are a plus.
• Existing network within the crypto, Web3, and developer communities is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Experience running token incentive programs.
• Background in Web3 community building or managing ambassador programs.
• Understanding of growth hacking in decentralized environments.
