🚀 We're Hiring: Integration Delivery Manager | Oracle HCM Programme

Our client is driving a digital HR transformation across our energy businesses. We’re seeking an experienced Integration Delivery Manager to support our Oracle HCM Cloud Programme, ensuring seamless delivery across third-party systems and business units.

What you'll do:

• Lead third-party coordination for integration design, validation, and testing activities.
• Support HR, IT, SI Partners, and application providers to streamline HR operations.
• Enable end-to-end integration of payroll systems with regulatory compliance in mind.
• Work alongside the Integration Delivery Lead on SCRUM boards (Azure DevOps) and risk assurance

Experience you'll need:

• 5+ years as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, with Agile/Waterfall delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes and corporate shared services transformation.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM SaaS (3+ years); Oracle E-Business (12.2.9) a plus.
• Experience working on integration project
