Full Stack .NET Developer (Azure + Security Focus)

We’re ISO 27001 certified and passionate about building software that actually makes a difference.

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to take the reins on building, scaling, and securing our Azure-hosted platform. You’ll be stepping into the shoes of a foundational dev—someone who lived and breathed full stack, DevOps, and support.

This role isn’t just about smashing out code (though you’ll do that too). It’s about owning features, leading delivery, and mentoring as we scale. If you're the kind of dev who’s just as comfortable in a stand-up as you are in Azure’s portal, we should talk.

·      • Building secure backend services with C# .NET / .NET Core

·      • Enhancing front-end functionality using Blazor (and a bit of JavaScript magic)

·      • Writing performant T-SQL for Azure SQL

·      • Managing and improving Azure resources (App Services, VMs, Logic Apps, etc.)

·      • Triaging and solving production issues with a calm, security-first mindset

·      • Collaborating with our CTO and stakeholders to shape the roadmap

·      • Leading or mentoring junior devs as the team grows

·      • 7+ years of full stack experience with .NET / .NET Core

·      • Strong hands-on Azure skills (App Services, Azure SQL, Networking, the works)

·      • Solid Blazor, JavaScript, HTML, CSS skills

·      • Passion for secure coding and ISO 27001-aligned practices

·      • Strong communicator who can talk tech with devs and sense with stakeholders

·      • Leadership mindset with a get-it-done attitude

·      • Experience working remotely and autonomously

·      • Unit testing & TDD

·      • AI/ML interest or Azure Cognitive Services experience

·      • Previous dev team leadership or mentoring chops

·      • Experience contributing to an Information Security Management System (ISMS)
