Project Manager

As an experienced Project Manager, you will have proven expertise in Agile, Change Management, and Communications, driving the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives by ensuring seamless implementation, effective stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness.

ROLE

• Oversee Agile and Hybrid project delivery by facilitating ceremonies, tracking progress, identifying risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and reporting to leadership to ensure milestones and objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and execute a change management strategy aligned with project goals by identifying stakeholder impacts, creating mitigation plans, facilitating workshops, and supporting adoption through effective transition planning and knowledge transfer.
• Develop and implement a project communications plan to ensure transparency and engagement by creating clear content for updates, newsletters, and reports, coordinating messaging across channels, and acting as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units.
• Create and maintain project deliverables, including roadmaps, sprint plans, change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, training materials, project status reports, and post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify lessons learned.

YOU

• Proven experience in Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies
• Strong expertise in change management and process improvement strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective stakeholder engagement
• Extensive experience managing digital transformation initiatives and driving organizational change
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, with the ability to lead teams in an Agile environment
