Data Analyst

We’re looking for two experienced Data Analysts / Business Intelligence Analysts to join a high-impact data transformation program focused on delivering strategic data assets and analytics products. You’ll play a critical role in translating business needs into actionable data solutions and shaping the future of enterprise reporting and insights.

As a trusted conduit between business and technical teams, you’ll support end-to-end delivery — from developing traceable, high-quality requirements to mapping data flows and aligning solutions with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of business and technical requirements for data and analytics solutions
• Analyse and document complex business processes and data flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are validated and aligned
• Contribute to solution design, delivery scoping, and impact analysis
• Review and advise on design documents to ensure alignment with expected outcomes

You’ll Bring:

• Strong experience in large-scale data and analytics transformation programs
• Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and requirements development
• Hands-on understanding of data architecture, governance, and secure delivery
• Ability to generate meaningful insights from business data
• Strong tool proficiency (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery environments

Bonus Skills (Desirable):

• Experience working across diverse delivery and vendor teams
• Background as a Scrum Master
• Experience with SAS Viya 4
• Data interrogation and mapping using SQL or Python

This role will be offered as an initial 12 month contract + 12 month extension
