IT Project Manager – German Speaking

About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our growing management and IT consulting team.

In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of diverse IT transformation and implementation projects across enterprise environments, ensuring alignment with client needs, timelines, and budgets. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, particularly within regulated industries such as Life Sciences. Fluency in both German and English is essential, as you'll be working with international and German-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT projects, from planning and initiation through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Engage and coordinate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, applications, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Define and maintain detailed project plans, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Drive IT transformation, system implementations, and integration projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients—effectively communicating in both German and English.
• Monitor project performance, track KPIs, prepare progress reports, and ensure quality control across deliverables.
• Support business change management, including training coordination, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with client governance, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Adapt to evolving project needs, managing change requests and adjusting plans as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience leading IT projects, preferably within consulting or regulated industries such as Life Sciences.
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems (ERP, CRM, infrastructure, or cloud-based platforms).
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP) and tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Practitioner, etc.) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or MedTech industries is advantageous.
