Required Skills:

* Proven experience as a Front-End Development lead or similar role Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.

* Experience with React.JS, Redux, Next.JS or similar frameworks.

* Hands-on experience with Optimizely / CMS or similar headless CMS platforms.

* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CICD.

* Strong understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.

* Understanding of back-end technologies and APIs.

* Familiarity with performance optimization techniques.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
