About the role:


We're looking for a skilled professional who will overlook the marketing technology stack and work closely with marketing, sales, product and data teams to plan and deliver ideas that drive customer acquisition, solution adoption and customer retention. This role combines strategic campaign planning with hands-on execution, focusing on multi-channel marketing automation, lead generation and lead qualification.


Key Responsibilities:


• Support delivery of the Data Quality Management and Data Architecture initiatives.

• Provide business analysis, data discovery, data architecture expertise to enable delivery of the Business Data Architecture

• Provide the Logical Data Model, Data Definitions, Data Standards and Data Quality rules for business-critical client data.

Lead the analysis of the data discovery work, identify enhancements to improve the quality of the data, and produce the data lineage artifacts required by data architecture.

• Ensures proposed data lineage designs align with the design work defined by Business Data Architecture.

• Manages key elements of one or more operational information and data projects. Assists in the gathering and evaluation of data. Evaluates data by interpretation, drawing practical conclusions from it and communicating data analysis results. Delivers on responsibilities for Sprint deliverables, when required.

•Guides stakeholders in understanding analyses / outcomes and using them. Helps the business find the right answer to solve their business problems; determines feasible solutions contributing to the development of new business models. Influential at team level through oral presentations, business cases and investment proposals.


EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS


• B.Tech/B.E. in Computers /BCA/MCA

• 1-2 years of overall work experience.

• 1-2 years of strong experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics

• Expert in SQL

• Working experience in R, Python Scipy, Matlab or any equivalent Statistical environment.

Experience with any of the standard BI Reporting/Visualisation tools like Quicksight/ Metabase/Tableau/Looker or any equivalent.
