**Java Developer - Productivity Service**

Working Arrangement: 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote

Language Requirement: Fluent in French

**Mandatory Skills:**

- Experience working in client-facing engagements.

- Experience in development or other projects within the Banking and Financial Services domain.

**Years of Experience:**

Minimum of 5+ years

**Salary Range:**

Up to 120,000 CHF per annum, gross.

**Required Experience and Skills:**

- At least 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in banking and wealth management.

- Proven experience in Java application development.

- Knowledge of REST services and SQL.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and active participation in Agile ceremonies.

- Strong problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.

- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Puppet, and Bamboo is a plus.

- Knowledge of FNZ Studio and experience in solution rollout across multiple countries is beneficial.

- Completion of FNZ Full Developer training before joining the team; certification to be obtained a few months after starting.

- A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct functional analyses for various projects, focusing on evolution and maintenance within the Workflows domain.

- Gather and analyze business requirements from relevant business lines, ensuring clear communication and documentation.

- Develop and iterate functional specifications using Agile methodologies.

- Provide third-level support for production incidents and continuously improve architectural limitations.

- Define and execute functional test cases to validate proposed solutions.

- Lead acceptance testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities.

- Manage and document production incidents and user support requests requiring business analysis expertise.

- Support development teams with best practices and propose innovative solutions to improve existing architectures.

- Collaborate with solutions and enterprise architects to align technical solutions with architectural vision.

- Participate in the design and implementation of system integrations, considering infrastructure aspects.

**Mandatory Technical Skills:**

- Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Kubernetes, Docker, REST services.

**Other Mandatory Skills:**

- Experience in client-facing engagements.

- Experience in development or other projects within the Banking and Financial Services domain.

**Preferred Technical Skills:**

- Kafka, Jenkins, GitLab, Oracle/MySQL, Linux.

**Other Preferred Skills:**

- Experience in client interactions, understanding requirements, and translating them into technical documentation is advantageous.
