We’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead CI/CD initiatives, drive automation, and help build a world-class DevOps function across cloud and on-prem infrastructure. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and a real opportunity to influence DevOps strategy at scale.

🛠️ What You’ll Work On

• Lead and mentor a DevOps team, setting technical direction and best practices.
• Architect and implement enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines with quality and security gates.
• Automate infrastructure, deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem platforms.
• Champion DevOps tools and processes across cross-functional engineering teams.
• Continuously evaluate tools, processes, and performance metrics to improve speed and reliability.

✅ What You Bring

• 6+ years in DevOps, CI/CD architecture, and infrastructure automation.
• Expertise in tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Packer.
• Experience across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) – multi-cloud experience a bonus.
• Strong scripting (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash) and automation capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of cloud security, system architecture, and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with Agile tools and culture (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Scrum/Kanban).
