Project Manager

We are currently partnered with a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation to support the search for an experienced Analytical Project Manager to join their team on a high-impact Phase 1 vaccine project.

This is a part-time, 12-month contract opportunity with hybrid flexibility. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing analytical activities across external labs, coordinating project communications, and ensuring high-quality data handling in a regulated GMP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee analytical method development and review of stability data from external laboratories
• Manage communications between research, manufacturing, and quality stakeholders
• Lead deviation management and ensure CAPA processes are followed
• Support cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation and data
• Coordinate with clinical development teams to meet regulatory standards

Essential Skills and Experience

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in analytical project management
• Strong background in vaccines, ideally non-viral, antigen-based platforms
• Proven experience with analytical method development and GMP-compliant environments
• Experience handling data from external labs and managing stability programs
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
